Key Acronyms

ADS – All Day Stretching Device – is a device designed to keep the  as the name implies, at the base of the shaft.

BPEL – Bone pressed erect length – is where the penis is measured with a 100% erection from the pubic bone to the tip of the glans. With the penis perpendicular to the body, place a ruler on to the top of the penis and press it into the fat pad towards the pubic bone. Take the measurement that is in line with tip of the glans.

BPFL – Bone pressed flaccid length – When the penis is flaccid, hold it straight out and measure from the pubic bone to the tip of the glans. With the penis perpendicular to the body, place a ruler on the top of the penis and press it in to the fat pad of the pubic bone. Take the measurement that is in line with the tip of the glans.

BPFSL – Bone pressed flaccid stretched length – When the penis is flaccid, stretch it straight out and measure from the pubic bone to the tip of the glans. With the penis perpendicular to the body, place a ruler on the top of the penis and press it in to the fat pad of the pubic bone. Take the measurement that is in line with the tip of the glans.

CC – Corpus Cavernosa – These are two sponge like regions of erectile tissue which contain most of the blood in the penis during an erection. When the penis becomes aroused, these cavernous bodies become engorged with blood making the penis become erect.

CS Corpus Spongiosum – This is a column on the underside of the penis that houses the urethra. It’s function is to prevent the urethra from being squashed during an erection, thereby maintaining a channel for ejaculation.

ED – Erectile dysfunction – This is the inability to produce or maintain an erection. This may be due to physical, chemical or medical reasons.

EDGING – Masturbating up to the point of no return and stopping to prevent ejaculation. Repeating this process several times is known as edging. The idea is to try and maintain a 100% erection over a period to promote growth. This is usually performed after a PE session.

EG – Erect girth – When the penis is 100% erect, measure the circumference of the widest part. Using a seamstress tape, wrap it around the widest part of the penis. Do not over tighten.

EQ – Erection quality – How hard the penis is when erect.

FAT PAD – This is the skin/fat that sits between the pubic bone and the base of the penis. Using this as a datum point for measurements may prove unreliable if weight is gained or lost. Measuring from the pubic bone is a far more accurate method when calculating gains.

FG – Flaccid girth – When the penis is flaccid, measure the circumference of the widest part. Using a seamstress tape, wrap it around the widest part of the penis. Do not over tighten.

FRENULUM – This is the band of elastic tissue that connects the glans of the penis to the foreskin. Also known as the banjo chord.

GLANS – This is the head of the penis, often referred to as the bell end or tip.

MSEG – Mid shaft erect girth – This is performed the same as EG, but as the name implies, in the middle of the shaft.

NBPEL – None bone pressed erect length – is where the penis is measured with a 100% erection, from the fat pad of the pubic bone to the tip of the glans. With the penis perpendicular to the body, place a ruler on to the top of the penis so it is just touching the fat pad. Take the measurement that is in line with tip of the glans.

NBPFL – Non bone pressed flaccid length – When the penis is flaccid, hold it straight out and measure from the fat pad of the pubic bone to the tip of the glans. With the penis perpendicular to the body, place a ruler on to the top of the penis so it is just touching the fat pad. Take the measurement that is in line with tip of the glans.

NBPFSL – Non bone pressed flaccid stretched length – When the penis is flaccid, stretch it straight out and measure from the fat pad of the pubic bone to the tip of the glans. With the penis perpendicular to the body, place a ruler on to the top of the penis so it is just touching the fat pad. Take the measurement that is in line with tip of the glans.

PC Muscle – Pubococcygeus muscle – This muscle controls urine flow and assists with ejaculation. Performing Kegels on a daily basis will make the muscle stronger and can lead to harder erections and multiple orgasms.

PEPenis enlargement – manual exercises used to condition, maintain and increase the length and girth of the penis (non-surgical).

PI – Physiologic indicators. Physical indicators that help determine whether PE is going well or not i.e. bruising, burst blood vessels, redness, gains, fuller penis, healthy skin. It is important to monitor these and take action if the PI’s are negative.

PONR – Point of no return – The point during sexual intercourse or masturbation, which when past, ejaculation is imminent.
